We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Amazon Account Manager with expertise in both 1P (first-party) and 3P (third-party) selling strategies to join our fast-growing consumer electronics company. In this role, you will manage and optimize our Amazon business to drive growth and profitability, ensuring that our brand is well-positioned on the platform. Your efforts will focus
on maximizing sales, improving rankings, and managing all day-to-day operations related to our Amazon 1P and 3P accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Amazon 1P (Vendor Central) Management:
• Manage relationships with Amazon Vendor Central, focusing on forecasting, replenishment, purchase order management, and performance tracking.
• Optimize product listings for better discoverability, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s guidelines.
• Monitor pricing strategies, promotions, and advertising campaigns to drive sales and maintain profit margins.
• Collaborate with Amazon on demand planning, A+ content creation, and managing retail readiness.
• Amazon 3P (Seller Central) Management:
• Manage Seller Central operations, including inventory management, FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) coordination, and performance metrics.
• Optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and imagery to improve organic rankings and conversion rates.
• Conduct regular pricing analysis and ensure compliance with MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies.
• Develop and execute promotional strategies to boost sales through seasonal promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns.
• Business Growth & Strategy:
• Identify new opportunities and develop strategies to expand the product portfolio on Amazon.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust and refine strategies.
• Work with internal teams (marketing, logistics, supply chain) to coordinate product launches, stock levels, and promotional campaigns.
• Advertising & Marketing:
• Plan, implement, and optimize Amazon Advertising (PPC, DSP) campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute product and brand marketing strategies, including A/B testing of creatives and content.
• Reporting & Analytics:
• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, profit margins, ROAS, inventory health, and customer reviews to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
• Maintain a strong focus on profitability and efficiency across both 1P and 3P channels.
