Who We're Seeking
We are in search of an adept Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central Manager to be at the forefront of our brand partnerships, overseeing their e-commerce endeavors.
The ideal candidate possesses experience that enables them to interact with clients, ensuring a curated experience, meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional service. The role involves guaranteeing the thriving success of every aspect of our clients' Amazon business.
Responsibilities
Serve as the Amazon subject matter expert in client interactions
Collaborate with the Client Coordinator to maintain client catalogs and exceptional digital merchandising content
Anticipate and navigate potential challenges within the Amazon system for our clients
Utilize internal resources to create compelling product listings, execute effective marketing campaigns, and manage inventory/forecasts
Ensure timely completion of all deliverables for assigned clients
Actively troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Amazon ecosystem for clients
Collaborate with the account director to formulate client-specific Amazon strategies
Stay informed about all changes within the Amazon system
Successful Candidates
Undertake additional responsibilities inherent in a high-growth startup environment
2-3 years of experience within the Amazon ecosystem
2-3 years of customer service and/or account management experience
Background in working with consumer product brands
Detail-oriented, diligent, and organized
Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and collaborate with internal teams and clients
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field required
