Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college or a degree is a plus
- Proven customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using computers and software applications
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
