What You'll Do: As a Client Services Manager for Coca-Cola, you will be at the heart of our operations, overseeing all aspects of the planned support process and ensuring the quality execution of QMP for TMD NA (The McDonald's Division, North America). This role is key to driving our success and maintaining our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead project cycles from execution to enhancement, ensuring top-tier process management and resource allocation.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the technical and project workstreams, guiding the team in defining scope, success metrics, and effective strategies.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and driving tailored solutions that balance efficiency, quality, and cost.
- Innovation and Benchmarking: Influence technology direction to enhance quality and efficiency. Import best practices and benchmark against internal and external standards.
- Team Leadership: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and empowerment within the team. Manage headcount and develop a robust talent pipeline.

Qualifications:
- Education: BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in project and client management.
- Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and analytical abilities. Proven experience in client and partner relationship management. Excellent communication and influence skills.
