Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update information in our computer systems using tools such as Microsoft Excel and other software applications.
Maintain and verify data integrity by comparing data with source documents.
Manage spreadsheets and databases, ensuring that all information is correct and up-to-date.
Perform routine calculations to confirm data accuracy.
Retrieve necessary data from databases or electronic files promptly.
Keep a systematic record of files and documents.
Support data collection and analysis activities as required.
Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks to meet team goals.
Skills And Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable of creating pivot tables and applying basic formulas.
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy.
Good understanding of basic math to perform necessary calculations.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Effective organizational and prioritization skills.
Familiar with standard office equipment (scanners, printers, copiers).
