Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the growth and maintenance of our Walmart.com store, driving revenue and profitability to meet ambitious targets.
  • Continuously expand product assortment, boost sales, and enhance profitability on Walmart.com.
  • Oversee the product portfolio on the platform, ensuring content, images, and inventory are optimized and up-to-date.
  • Lead new product setup with a focus on data accuracy and tailored content optimization for Walmart.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on Walmart.com to ensure seamless operations.
  • Engage in comprehensive customer service, order management, and processing to ensure timely fulfillment and operational excellence.
  • Analyze channel data to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies for enhancing channel performance.
  • Accurately develop and deliver financial calculations related to channel profitability to support marketing and promotional decisions.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in monitoring brand performance, identifying growth opportunities, and driving sales conversions.
  • Create high-impact product content plans, including graphics and copy, to craft compelling, high-converting listings.
  • Proactively forecast inventory needs and reorder as necessary to ensure healthy stock levels.
  • Cultivate a strong relationship with our Walmart representative to prioritize our products for deals, launches, and other Walmart initiatives.
  • Train and effectively manage a team of offshore members, delegating tasks and setting priorities for optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and review dashboards and reports to monitor and maintain key metrics, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify actionable KPIs that enhance sales and profitability.
  • Deliver comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly channel health presentations to stakeholders, tracking storefront performance.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Essential: 3+ years of experience successfully managing and growing Walmart accounts, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Essential: Demonstrated experience in generating multi-million-dollar revenue on Walmart marketplace.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, or Supply Chain Management (preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Strong time management and project management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities, with sound judgment for making decisions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to tackle any task, no matter the size.
  • Proficiency with project management software like Asana, as well as experience with Slack, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the toy industry is a plus.
