Position Overview:
We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement AI solutions that optimize mechanical systems, enhance production efficiency, and improve product quality in manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and apply advanced Machine Learning models to solve mechanical engineering problems in manufacturing.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers and data scientists to design AI-driven solutions for predictive maintenance, process optimization, and system diagnostics.
- Analyze and model mechanical systems using AI techniques to predict performance, detect anomalies, and recommend improvements.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing mechanical engineering workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Conduct research on the latest AI techniques and their applications in mechanical engineering, and implement these advancements in real-world projects.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve mechanical design and manufacturing processes based on AI-driven analysis.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of AI solutions in mechanical systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in both Mechanical Engineering and Machine Learning, with a proven track record of applying AI to solve mechanical engineering challenges.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, including dynamics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science.
- Experience with data analysis, predictive modeling, and simulation in mechanical engineering contexts.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between AI methodologies and mechanical engineering applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
