About the Role

Join our team as a Customer Support Representative and play a key role in empowering our customers to achieve better health outcomes. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home with a flexible schedule that may include hours outside of typical business times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and online for billing, insurance verification, product, and service inquiries.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to anticipated customer questions.
  • Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish, collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when necessary.
  • Deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced environment, addressing customer insurance and copay inquiries.
  • Offer technical support for navigating pharmacy.amazon.com.
  • Ensure timely service to enhance customer relationships, seeing every interaction as an opportunity to build lasting connections.
  • Promote customer safety and adherence to the company's Work From Home policy.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years or older).
  • 6+ years of professional experience with computer and online tools.
  • Proven multitasking skills with phone and computer abilities.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare sector.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting while meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills.
