You Will
Responsibilities
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of existing relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within designated zip codes through in-person sales to small to mid-sized local businesses.
Strengthening existing customer relationships to increase profitability.
Strategically planning and executing weekly sales routes to maximize efficiency and productivity, with a focus on engaging with at least 50 retailers per week.
Delivering compelling product presentations to showcase our industry-leading suite of products and services.
Exceeding expectations in customer service by conducting regular sales calls and quarterly business reviews, and offering effective solutions to meet customer needs.
Maintaining accurate prospect data in our CRM system.
Collaborating with internal teams to capitalize on cross-selling opportunities and optimize product offerings.
You Have
A minimum of 3-4 years of demonstrated success in B2B or SMB territory sales.
Experience in retail network management, preferably within the money transfer or related industries.
Multicultural competence and proficiency in Spanish.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Access to a reliable vehicle and valid car insurance, with the ability to travel 50-90% of the time.
