• Source potential candidates using various online platforms, networking, referrals, and provided leads.
• Review and analyze resumes to determine suitability and fit for specific job roles.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and terms of employment with selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment goals and targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
• Represent Saunders Staffing Agency professionally and positively in all interactions with candidates and clients.
Requirements:
