Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Provide accurate information and guidance on American Express products and services
Assist cardmembers with account management, billing inquiries, and dispute resolution
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and promote brand loyalty
Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in computer navigation and basic software applications
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
