- Act as an initial point of contact for inbound participant requests and questions
- Maintain a high level of product and system knowledge to provide support to internal and external partners
- Field daily calls from HRS participants with questions regarding HRS products
- Log and document participant conversations/issues
- Provide real-time technical support for participants using the automated phone system and employee website
- Previous open enrollment experience preferred
- Proficiency in computer software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS
- Knowledge of renewing health and benefits plans
- Ability to update enrollments, policies, and rates
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in a similar role in a healthcare-related service
