Duities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various positions within the organization
- Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, social media, and networking
- Review resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business field preferred
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
