Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Deliver prompt, accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, services, and account details through chat.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues swiftly to ensure a seamless experience.
- Multi-tasking: Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.
- Resource Utilization: Use internal tools, FAQs, and knowledge bases to provide precise information and solutions.
- Escalation Management: Recognize complex or sensitive issues and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Accurate Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to enhance chat processes and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a chat-based or remote setting. Experience with e-commerce or technical support is advantageous.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled with computers, web-based tools, and chat software. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Typing Skills: Strong typing ability with a minimum speed of [X] words per minute.
