What You’ll Achieve

  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies with key focus partners.
  • Synchronize the sales organization through targeted demand generation and alignment activities.
  • Drive resources to deliver top-tier enablement initiatives at both the Sales and Sales Engineering levels.
  • Foster executive alignment with partner stakeholders, ensuring strong collaboration.
  • Work closely with Quota-Bearing Reps and Sales Leadership to drive toward shared objectives.
  • Accurately forecast partner opportunities in collaboration with the direct sales teams.
  • Craft marketing plans and manage a regional budget.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including SE, product marketing, sales, marketing, operations, and legal) to deliver an exceptional experience for partners.
  • Hold partners and stakeholders accountable to agreed-upon goals.
  • Travel up to 50% is required.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success in technology sales or channel sales experience.
  • Expertise in managing large enterprises and/or partner relationships.
  • In-depth understanding of the regional partner landscape.
  • Proficiency in opportunity qualification, managing deal cycles, and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of the competitive market environment.
  • Ability to develop Go-To-Market strategies with leading partners in the region.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
  • A commitment to going above and beyond to achieve success.
  • Experience in selling cloud solutions, particularly Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings.
  • Strong understanding of email network infrastructure and related services.
  • Excellent presentation, program management, and negotiation skills.
