Position Summary
The Rep I, Site of Care Support is responsible for reviewing and coordinating in-bound Site of Care referrals for infusion patients. They serve to support the Site of Care department by processing incoming referral received from the precertification department, communicating with, and supporting internal and external partners. Responsibilities include reviewing insurance benefits (both medical and pharmacy), claim history review, maintaining complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all referral requests in CRM, precertification vendor changes, communicating with the physician’s office, assisting with escalating issues to the clinical and leadership team(s) as needed.

Strong candidates will be those that demonstrate flexibility and experience working under pressure with an awareness of and ability to meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to maintain patient confidentiality; Demonstrated sense of urgency with assignments; Ability to maintain confidentiality of information. Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate in a Windows based environment; Ability to follow directions, as well as multi-task; Ability to quickly learn new computer applications; Seeks ways to collaborate and reach consensus with peers; Actively works to build strong working relationships; Able to customize messages and delivery to broader audiences; Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $25.65

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
