Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Technology Project Manager, you will:
- Lead significant technology projects/programs supporting our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Security Team.
- Enhance cybersecurity measures, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect sensitive data.
- Coordinate, plan, execute, and monitor projects to align with organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively and think critically to drive successful initiatives.

- This is a remote position with potential travel for training, meetings, and conferences.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Technology Managers and Directors to lead major technology projects.
- Serve as a project leadership resource for analysis, recommendations, decisions, and delivery.
- Define complex project plans/roadmaps and execute tasks to achieve project goals.
- Work with development and application teams to break down work into manageable parts.
- Drive testing and acceptance of project or program outcomes.
- Mentor and coach other Project Managers.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and scope.
- Communicate plans, risks, schedules, and updates to stakeholders.
- Build partnerships to gather customer and business requirements.
Skills and Abilities
- Expertise in project processes and issue management tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile development practices.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and interpreting financial statements.
- Strong customer service and team orientation.
- Ability to handle high responsibility and provide direction in a team environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Education and Experience
- Required: High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI), and industry standards (e.g., NIST CSF).
- Preferred: Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) and tools (e.g., JIRA).
Physical Abilities
- Perform duties from a limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended periods.
- Communicate in English to meet job demands.
- Use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
