NEEDS
- Manage inbox
- Has templates
- Manage calendar
- Put everything into the calendar
- Follow up with client until tasks are completed that need to be completed
- Manage personal tasks
- Manage excel expense sheet and tag things (ie. AmEx)
- Platforms
- Google Drive
- Excel
- WordPress
- Apple iOS calendar and Google calendar
- FloDesk
- Slack
Requirements
- Experience as an executive assistant (a plus)
- Gracious and kind (a plus)
- Ability to hop on weekly Zoom / phone call (a must)
- Excel Guru (a must)
- Strong customer service
- Intuitively organized
- Good grammar
- Detail oriented
- 10-12 hours per week
- Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zone
- Must be able to work on PST time
